As the son of a Chilango father, Al Pastor tacos were always a staple in our household. We wanted to recreate a healthy version of the Al Pastor taco with this bowl and I’m happy to say we did just that. BEEF (not pork), Sirloin Steak marinated for over 24 hours, grilled pineapple, red salsa, cabbage, white rice, lime and garnished with cilantro/onion.
